Further to our letter dated 11th February 2021 we wish to inform you that Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal New Delhi (NCLAT) in the hearing held on 3rd march 2021 adjourned the appeal to 22nd March 2021 and also continued the interim directions given in the earlier order dated 23rd November 2020.
