Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Monday March 30 2026 has approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Jain as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from March 30 2026.The said appointment has been made pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 read with applicable rules and based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.The Board Meeting commenced at 06:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:14 P.M
