Dalmia Bharat: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Analyst / Investor Meet - Intimation

In reference to our intimation dated January 13 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the timing of the Investors/Analysts Group Conference Call scheduled to be held on Wednesday January 21 2026 has been revised. The conference call will now commence at 04:30 P.M. (IST) instead of the earlier scheduled time of 05:00 P.M. (IST). A copy of the revised call invite is enclosed herewith.
