Bajaj Electricals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 22 2019 inter alia to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2019 and to consider and recommend dividend if any on equity shares of the Company for the F.Y. 2018-19.
Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from April 01 2019 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on May 22 2019.
