AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 12th November, 2018 to consider, inter alia, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 of the Financial Year 2018-19.
We further inform that at the Board Meeting, the Board will also consider the proposal of payment of Interim Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19.
