This is to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed from 1st July 2021 till 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2021.
