State Bank of Travancore [Merged]: Appointment of Director

State Bank of Travancore has informed BSE that Dr. J. Sadakkadulla, Former Regional Director of Reserve Bank of India has been nominated as the Director on the Board of Directors of the Bank by Government of India under Section 25 (1) (b) of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959 with immediate effect and until further orders as per the Government of India notification dated January 30, 2017.
