As per Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from January 29, 2018 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of financials results for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 to the public.
