Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench (Court-I) Chandigarh vide its order dated June 11 2025 has initiated the Liquidation process of M/s Richa Industries Limited under section 33 of the Insolvency & bankruptcy Code 2016. Mr. Mohit Chawla having IP Registration No- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00524/2017-2018/10949 has been appointed as liquidator of the Company.
