It is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. Monday August 31 2020 (meeting commenced at 12.30 PM and concluded at 2.15 PM) has considered and approved the un-audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30 2020. A copy of the approved un-audited financial results is enclosed herewith. The limited review report will be forwarded in due course.
