Bharat Dynamics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/08/2020 inter alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter 30th June 2020.
(ii) Trading Window for dealing in securities of BDL is under closure from 01st July 2020. It is further notified that the Trading Window will remain closed upto Wednesday 02nd September 2020 for all connected persons as per the code of Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company.
