Premier: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from October 01 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30 2025 for all promoters directors officers other designated persons and their immediate relatives.
