SUNIL HITECH ENGINEERS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/12/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby informed that the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 will be considered on Friday, 28th December, 2108
It is further intimated that the Resolution Professional (appointed vide Honourable NCLT, Mumbai order dated 27th November 2018) will have a meeting with key managerial personnel in lieu of the quarterly board meeting and will take note of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2018, as certified and signed by the key managerial personnel and/or Director of the Corporate Debtor - Sunil Hitech Engineers Limited.
