Ankur Drugs & Pharma: Updates on Scheme of Arrangement

Ankur Drugs and Pharma Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had received Order from Hon?ble High Court dated March 15, 2013, directing the Company to hold Meeting of Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors on April 20, 2013 and Meeting of Unsecured and other Creditors, FCCB Holders and Depositors on April 22, 2013 in respect of Scheme of Arrangement and Compromise filed by the Company. Further, the Company had filed an application to Hon?ble Court Bombay for extending time period for holding meeting of Shareholders and Creditors and in this respect, Hon?ble High Court, Bombay have accepted application of the Company and have directed the Company to hold Meeting Equity Shareholders and Secured Creditors on May 22, 2013 and Meeting of Unsecured and other Creditors, FCCB Holders and Depositors on May 24, 2013.
