JD Orgochem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:
1. Notice of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Monday, September 19, 2016.
2. Appointment of Mr. Kaushal Dalal of M/s. Kaushal Dalal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as a Scrutinizer to scrutinize the e-voting process for the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Maganlal & Ajay Mehta, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors for the Financial Year 2016-17 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
