As per Regulation 15(2) of the Listing Regulations the compliance with the Corporate Governance provisions as specified from Regulations 17 to 27 and Clauses (b) to (i) of sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and Para C D and E of Schedule V shall not be applicable in respect of the Listed Entity having paid-up equity share capital Rs. 1701320/- which is not exceeding Rs. 10 Crore and net worth Rs. (11268293.20)/- which is not exceeding Rs. 25 Crore as on the last day of the previous financial year.As on the last day of previous financial year 31st March 2022 the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 crore and Net worth is less than Rs. 25 crore.Therefore the Company is not required to submit the disclosures for related party transactions for the year ended on March 31 2023 as it does not meet the criteria of applicability.
