We are hereby confirm that as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 read with SEBI Circular No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019 with regard to fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities the Company is not identified as a Large Corporate on March 31 2020 as per the applicability criteria mentioned in clause 2.2 of SEBI Circular dated November 26 2018.
