El Forge Ltd has informed BSE that the following :
'Our Board Meeting for approval of the accounts for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 was scheduled for the November 13, 2013. In the meantime we have just now received a communication from one of our directors that due to unavoidable commitment, he will not be able to attend the meeting. As a result of this, we will fall short of the quorum as one more director had earlier itself asked for leave of absence. In this situation, we have no option left but to postpone the meeting to November 29, 2013 as it is the only nearest date for having the attendance of the directors.'
