Milkfood: Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Striking Off Of Wholly Owned Subsidiary

MFL Trading Private Limited a wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company had filed an application in Form STK-2 with the Registrar of Companies for striking off its name from the Register of Companies on 15th October 2025.The Registrar of Companies has vide email dated 20th January 2026 approved the said application and accordingly the name of MFL Trading Private Limited has been stuck off from the Register of Companies.
