In continuation of our earlier intimation about the third meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of Clause 16(g) of Part A of Schedule III of LODR we would like to inform you that the fourth meeting of the Committee of Creditors of Vikas Proppant & Granite Limited the Corporate Debtor was duly held on Wednesday 16th November 2022 at 03:00 P.M.During the meeting the members of the committee resolved to approve evaluation matrix Draft request for resolution plan and appointment of transaction auditor to determine preferential and other transactions .
