Nutraplus India Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from July 06, 2015 to July 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading with respect to the Board Meeting to be convened on July 10, 2015.
