Bonanza Portfolio Limited ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) of Shentracon Chemicals Ltd ("Target Company") on the Open Offer made by Mr. Amit Lalit Jain (Acquirer 1) and Mr. Hanissh Kanakraj Jaain (Acquirer 2) (hereinafter referred to as Acquirers) to the Shareholders of the Target Company.
