The Board of Directors in the meeting held on 20th June, 2018 fixed the date of 60th AGM on (Wednesday) 29th August, 2018 at 03:30pm. Accordingly the Board has fixed the book closure dates as under.
The register of members and share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from (Friday) 17th August, 2018 to (Wednesday) 29th August, 2017 (Inclusive of Both Days) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
