SADBHAV ENGINEERING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022 along with limited review report to be issued by the Statutory Auditor and to consider other business matters if any.Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (The Code) of the Company the Trading Window Close Period has already commenced from January 01 2023 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 14 2023. The Trading window will open from Thursday February 17 2023.
