Issuance of 55 10 237 Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e. 1 (One) new fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each for every existing 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each held by the eligible Equity Shareholders of the Company as on the record date by capitalization of from the balance of Retained Earnings subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other regulatory approvals as may be required.
