GRP Ltd has informed BSE that the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., (NSE) as per its letter dt. February 10, 2015 has given approval for listing of 1333333 equity shares of Rs.10/- each fully paid up of the Company on NSE and will be admitted to dealings on NSE with effect from February 12, 2015.
