Cemindia Projects: Re-Designation Of Directors

In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at its adjourned Meeting held on 9th August 2019 inter alia noted considered and approved the following:

Assuming the position of Executive Vice Chairman of the Company by Mr. Santi Jongkongka (DIN 08441312) by way of change in designation from the earlier position of Executive Vice Chairman (Designate) to take effect from 1st September 2019 for the remainder term of his appointment till 01st May 2022. All other terms and conditions of his appointment as earlier approved by the members of the Company by way of special resolution passed through Postal Ballot on 1st July 2019 will remain unchanged. Brief details of Mr. Jongkongka are enclosed.
