Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Monday 23rd March 2026 has inter alia approved the issuance of senior secured rated listed redeemable transferable non-convertible debentures of the aggregate nominal value of up to Rs. 19 50 00 000/- (Rupees Nineteen Crores and Fifty Lakhs only) on a private placement basis
