This is further to the Companys letter dated 4th January 2020 intimating the date of board Meeting. We wish to inform that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 17th January 2020 have approved the following:
1. Approved and took on record the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended as on 31st December 2019.
2. Reviewed all Quarterly report filed with BSE.
3. Approved to give on lease the Non-agriculture land of Company situated at village Manth. (Mathura)
4. Noted signing of MOU regarding 3.16 acres piece of land situated on rear side of old workshop at Mathura Plant and 3.5 acre land situated at village Jait (Mathura).
5. Reviewed the progress of the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 2.45pm
