Further to our letter dated 3rd April 2019 pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of our Company at its meeting scheduled on Monday 6th May 2019 inter-alia may consider recommendation of final dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2019 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
