The Company has informed the Exchange that Mr. Ghanashyam Hegde Legal Head Executive Director and Company Secretary of the Company will be moving to a regional role in P&G as Vice President & Associate General Counsel - Market Operations India Middle East Turkey & Africa effective July 1 2026
