JBF Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in the meeting of Committee of Board of Directors for Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares held on March 26, 2014, the Committee has redeemed 11320000 - 2.5% - Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares and allotted new 1415000 - 20% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each at a premium of Rs. 700 per Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares, in favour of Bank of India.
