REC: Board Meeting Intimation for Approval/Revision In Market Borrowing Programme And Launch Of Capital Gain Tax Exemption Bonds.

REC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/03/2020 inter alia to consider and approve the following proposals:-

(i) Revision in Market Borrowing Programme of the Company for financial year 2019-20.

(ii) Approval of Market Borrowing Programme of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.

(iii) Launch of Capital Gains Tax Exemption Bonds Series XIV under Section 54EC of the Income Tax Act 1961 on Private Placement basis during the financial year 2020-21.
