With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 15, 2013, regarding Board Meeting on April 22, 2013, 20 Microns Ltd has now informed BSE that at the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on April 22, 2013, the Board shall, instead of inter-alia to consider and approve issue & allotment of Convertible Warrants may consider and approve issue and allotment of convertible securities such as but not limited to Warrants, Debentures etc., on a Preferential basis.
