Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Thursday 28th day of August 2025 has appointed M/s. Ankit Singhal & Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the company to conduct Secretarial Audit of the company for the FY 2024-25
