Fractal Analytics: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading of Fractal Analytics Limited ("Company" ) and the SEBI PIT Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that the trading window for trading in shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relative(s) from Monday February 16 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025.
