LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No:101248W/W-100022) have issued an unmodified opinion in the Audit Report(s) on the audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023.Further the Board of Directors have not recommended any dividend on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2023.The proceedings of the Board meeting commenced at 6:00 p.m. and concluded at 9:00 p.m.
