Core Education & Technologies: Closure of Trading Window

CORE Education & Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.

Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended, and the internal code for prevention of insider trading in the shares of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by the directors and designate employees, is closed from February 09, 2015 to February 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
