Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31 2020 ("Audited Financial Results") along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on March 31 2020 Statement of Cash Flow for the year ended as on March 31 2020 and Auditors Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31 2020.
