Rishiroop Rubber (International): Updates on Cut- off date for Postal Ballot / E-Voting

With reference to the earlier letter dated December 24, 2014, Rishiroop Rubber International Ltd has informed BSE that the below mentioned dates have been fixed by the Company for casting votes through postal ballot/E-voting, pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made there under.

The Company would be availing e-voting Services of Central Depository Services Limited (CDSL).

1. Date and time of commencement of e-voting: January 19, 2015 (9.30 a.m.)

2. Date and time of end of e-voting: February 18, 2015 (5.30 p.m.)

3. E-voting by electronic mode shall not be allowed beyond 5.30 p.m. on February 18, 2015.
