The Company has made an intimation on 16.03.2024 under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR in respect of GST Order issued by the Commercial Tax Officer Hubballi. Accordingly the Company paid the penalty and thereafter made an appeal in respect of the said order. Subsequently the appeal was dismissed and the Company has received the appellate order on 02.07.2026.
