Re-appointment of Mr.Ramesh Ishwarlal Upadhyay who retired by rotation as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.2. Appointment of Ms.Chandni Khudai as Non-Executive Independent Director for the 1st term of 5 consecutive years w.e.f 01st October 2025 to 30th September 2030.
