In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company had renewed the earlier agreement entered with Christensen Investor Relations India Private Limited on July 09, 2018 for providing Investor relations services. The Agreement is valid for Three years from July 01, 2018 till June 30, 2021 and may be renewed thereafter on mutual consent; and the relevant disclosure is attached herewith:
