Archit Organosys Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014 to consider and approve the quarterly un-audited financial results for the aforesaid quarter.
In view of above, the trading window will remain closed from the date November 05, 2014 and shall reopen after the expiry of 24 hours from the time of publication of the results.
