Vamshi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to discuss as follows:
1. To fix the date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2014-15.
2. To approve the Draft directors Report and notice of the Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2014-15.
3. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
4. To recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
5. To fix the book closure dates for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, if any.
