Sterling Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors vide their meeting held on April 07, 2014 to discuss the proposal of purchase of 100% shareholding of Haryana Ispat Pvt. Ltd., a related entity, has recommended the said proposal for approval of shareholders though Postal Ballot.
