RESPONSIVE INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2021 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday August 13 2021 inter alia to consider and approve the following matters:
1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30 2021;
2. To consider and recommend final dividend if any for the financial year 2020-21.
Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for trading in Companys securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from Tuesday June 01 2021 and shall remain closed till Sunday August 15 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of taking on record Unaudited Financial Results.
