MIC ELECTRONICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 inter alia to consider and approve a) Consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2021.
b) Consider limited review report for the quarter and half year ended on September 30 2021.
c) Consider the appointment of Internal Auditors for the FY 2021-22.
d) Recommend the appointment of new Statutory Auditors in place of retiring Statutory Auditors for the approval of members at the ensuing AGM.
e) Consider the proposal of investment by way of acquisition of equity shares of M/s. Pastiche Energy Solutions Private Limited whose line of business is manufacturing all kinds of batteries.
f) Consider and approve the Boards Report with annexures for the FY 2020-21.
g) Fix the date of 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company and approve the Notice of AGM for the FY 2020-21.
h) Appoint the Scrutinizer for 33rd AGM of the Company.
