Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems: Reg. 34 (1) Annual Report.

Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation of our earlier submission of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25 which was uploaded on the website of BSE Limited on Monday August 25 2025 we wish to inform you that certain inadvertent printing errors were noticed in the Consolidated Financial Statements contained in the said Annual Report. The details of the correction are provided below: On Page No. 134 under the head C. Cash Flow from Financing Activities: The figure under the sub-head Proceeds from issuance of shares was inadvertently omitted. The correct figure is 100.00. Consequently the figure for Net Cash Flow from Financing Activities stands revised from (39.48) to 60.52.
