Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy: Disclosure Of Information Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that an order has been issued by The Assistant Commissioner of State Tax Mumbai Maharashtra by disallowing input tax credit on certain transactions for the financial year April 2019 to March 2020 and demanded tax interest and penalty aggregating to INR 62.93 Lakhs. The company is in the process of evaluating the order and is in the process of taking appropriate steps.
